Since 1979, we have a built upon a strong reputation for roofing refurbishment work, completing large amounts of contract work for local authorities and many blue-chip companies.

Our flexibility enables us to work with a number of different roofing materials, including cold applied systems that allow us to safely complete projects on schools and public buildings whilst in use. Whether it’s for a new build or refurbishment, we’ve got your roofing needs covered.

We are members of the Confederation of Roofing Contractors, The Guild of Master Craftsmen and the Intelligent Membrane Trade Association. We are registered with Constructionline and have achieved accreditation with CHAS and the British Safety Council. Midland Roofing Services (Derby) Ltd also hold Safe contractor Accreditation.

We directly employ a workforce of 40 roofing installation and maintenance operatives, who are all either CSCS card holders or are currently working towards their accreditation in their respective trades.
