Midland Roofing Services (Derby) Ltd have been undertaking refurbishment works since our opening in 1979 and have assembled a portfolio of thousands of successful projects within all areas of the UK infrastructure. Working predominantly in the Midlands, we undertake full refurbishment to schools, council buildings, domestic properties and services buildings. As part of refurbishment packages, we can include for fascia works, rainwater goods and roof lights.

Working predominantly with smaller contractors and architects we can offer our expertise to deliver comprehensive roofing packages for set specifications. Midland Roofing Services (Derby) Ltd can provide help in choosing the most applicable products for the specification or offer cheaper and more suitable alternatives. Midland Roofing Services (Derby) Ltd are flexible and adaptable, able to work in with other building trades and meet the regulations and requirements of the site.
