Completed during the summer holidays of 2022, Silverhill Primary School had Garlands Dura-System Liquid systems installed as a roof renewal coating.

Originally designed to be a Garland full roof system, the project was confined to the school holiday period and as such the programme could not be met with this system.

Garland offered an alternative liquid based system which was installed as a renewal coating with a 25 year guarantee.

Midland Roofing were able to install the new coating to all 1300m2 of the school's roof area within the alotted time and the school returned to a new, watertight roof.
